Diluting: $1.000.000 from a pre-seed round (Convertible note)
We are currently looking for biotech-savvy, like-minded venture capitalists to invest in our $4-5M seed round to be in Q1 2021. The purpose of this upcoming seed round is to conduct preclinical studies in large animals, secure additional IP, and to scale up our manufacturing pipeline.
